Mike was so awesome, he did a good job and he treated me like a VIP. I enjoyed getting my haircut with him and I would totally get another one from again in the future. Also, Erica, the assistant leader was super professional and I liked her attitude. Well done!

Your app is trash. I got a time to arrive and went to the store. I sat for about 20 minutes past that time, and got a couple of texts that said be in the store or risk losing your spot. My name moved to the top and it said on deck. I watched several people who came in after me get called so I checked again and it now said I had a 25 minute wait again. I spoke up and was told the time to arrive was "just an estimate " but was offered no explanation why other people were taken from below me on the list. No one seemed to care that I was a dissatisfied customer so I left. Won't be back.
